Worked as a staff interpreter in Uganda on a Deaf Development Project, Action on Disability and Development 1997-98. 

Freelance interpreter 1998 – present. 
Worked in a variety of settings including legal (solicitors, police, court), medical (primary, secondary, dentistry), business, media (radio, television), conferences (political, academic), politics (party conferences, unions, NGOs, INGOs), international Deaf events (Deaflympics, ICED, TISLR, WFD).
